In 1995, Dr. Melissa Perfetto Perales graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. She specialized in Emergency Medicine and holds certifications in Lactation Management and Aesthetic Medicine.
Meet Dr. Melissa Perfetto Perales, a dedicated physician who graduated in 1995 from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and specialized in Emergency Medicine. She also holds certifications in Lactation Management and Aesthetic Medicine. Dr. Perfetto has pursued advanced professional training in metabolic correction and intravenous therapies, allowing her to integrate conventional medical treatments with alternative approaches such as intravenous micronutrient therapy. Her specialized training includes Advanced IV Strategies for Acute and Chronic Infections, Immune and Inflammatory Diseases through the International IV Nutritional Therapy Global Physician Education program, as well as Metabolic Correction in Cancer, Diabetes, and Chronic Diseases under Dr. Jorge Miranda Massari at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus.
